Dialogue Vanderbilt is the university’s intentional effort to consistently advance and more deeply imbed the university’s long-held values of free expression, civil discourse and institutional neutrality across campus and beyond.
Discovery Vanderbilt
Discovery Vanderbilt builds upon Opportunity Vanderbilt and Destination Vanderbilt by committing major resources to dramatically increase faculty, student and staff engagement and success in pursuing bold new ideas through disciplined, rigorous inquiry.
FutureVU
FutureVU is the university’s campus land use framework for the next 20 to 30 years, guided by and in alignment with the goals of the Academic Strategic Plan.

Vanderbilt embraces and furthers innovation in various ways ranging from the Wond’ry, Vanderbilt’s Center for Innovation, to charting new paths through research, partnerships through the Nashville Innovation Alliance and much more.

Vanderbilt is preparing to meet global challenges and advance the frontiers of research, discovery and innovation at the intersection of technology with the launch of the first new college in more than 40 years.
Vanderbilt Institute of National Security
Launched in fall 2024 and led by retired Gen. Paul M. Nakasone, the Institute of National Security brings together academic, government and private sector thought leaders to address critical global challenges.
Vanderbilt University – West Palm Beach
Vanderbilt envisions a West Palm Beach campus that would serve approximately 1,000 students per year in graduate programs in engineering, computing and business, such as a full-time MBA and executive education.
Vanderbilt University – New York City
Through a new lease with a historic campus in the Chelsea neighborhood, Vanderbilt plans to utilize the space for the benefit of the local community, as well as our students, faculty, alumni and supporters.

The largest campaign in the history of Vanderbilt Athletics, Vandy United has ushered in a new era of historic investment in student-athletes and the athletics experience through facilities and operational enhancements.
