The power of philanthropy
On Giving Tuesday Now, our community quickly responded to the immediate needs of our students facing hardship and to the call for advancing COVID-19 research. View a message of thanks from recent graduate Sophia Anderson, who benefited directly from the Student Hardship Fund as well as other philanthropic gifts during her time at Vanderbilt.
Scholarship support, as well as gifts in support of the Vanderbilt experience, allowed members of the Class of 2020 to excel on campus and in their communities. We invite you to read more about their accomplishments, which you helped make possible.
A generous $20 million gift from the William K. Warren Foundation will establish the Warren Center for Neuroscience Discovery, furthering pharmaceutical breakthroughs and treatment for brain disorders such as Alzheimer’s, schizophrenia and Parkinson’s disease.
